DOG VS PRAYING MANTIS

When I was walking to our house I saw my dog fighting with a praying mantis! It was so funny to watch but then I took it away from her and put it in a tree!

GAMES AND CAKE

For my birthday I got a game called Twister and boy can you get in a knot!!
And I also got a Remote Controlled Aeroplane and went to the football feild and took it for  fly!

 

When we got back it started to rain so my mom and dad went and stood with a umbrella over the fire so that it did not go out! After we ate we had some cake and boy was that good!

TODAY WAS MY BIRTHDAY

To day was my birthday and I had so much fun, swimming in our swimming pool.

LIGHTNING

We had a huge storm here at Mwabvi and we got a nice photo of a bolt of lightning!

WARTHOG

When drivng out of the Reserve we spot a warthog just standing in the bush watching the car go by!

BUTTERFLY,SPIDER AND LOCUST

 We stopped at the lodge to see that everything was ok and when we got there we spotted a butterfly on a little white flower! When my dad was showing the guests around I opened a little clay pot and as soon as I did that a locust jumped out, it gave me a big fright. Then when we walked out of one chalets and there was a wall spider sitting on it's nest, that was the first time I have every seen a spider on it's nest.

BEETLE ON A GREEN STICK

When walking on the road in the Reserve I spot a little black beetle on a stick so I took a photo of it.
It took a long time but at the end it was worth it all!

BABY FEILD MOUSE

We have a new family member it is a baby mouse!
He is still very small his eyes and ears are still closed,
he fell out of the roof and on to my mom and dads net by their bed!

NEW ENCLOSURE

Today the lions got but into their new enclosure!
They look very happy and love to play on their  new junglegym.
It took a long time but at the end it was all ok, Moran was very hard because he weights about
100kg and the bow that we had to but him in weight about 80kg so all together it is 180kg

that is very heavy!

MORAN AND AMAYI

Moran is a year now and is getting very big, Amayi on the other hand is still the same and still very naughty. My dad has almost finished the lion enclosure and the lions will be in it soon!

WALK IN THE RESERVE

My sister and I went for a nice walk in the reserve, although it was hot and

had no water we still enjoyed it!

YODA THE NEW ARRIVAL

Yoda is the new arrival in the family, he is a baby Greater Galago.
We rescued two babies but unfortunately Felex the serval got hold of the one baby and ate him up!
Luckily we managed to save Yoda and he is growing daily. 

The name comes from the movie Star Wars!
